SDSU faculty and staff are invited to a campuswide celebration that will kick off the comprehensive fundraising campaign from 3-4 p.m., Monday, Sept. 19 on Campanile Walkway near Hepner Hall.

To join fellow faculty and staff in celebrating this milestone, RSVP by Sept. 9 to SDSUAlumni.org/campuskickoff.
Remarks will take place at 3:30 p.m. and refreshments will be served.

About the campaign

More than halfway towards its goal of $500 million, members of the campus community will close the door on the “quiet phase” of the university’s first comprehensive campaign and embark on the final, public phase. The campaign’s success thus far is due to the collective effort of the university’s faculty, staff and students.

Through the Campaign for SDSU, the university will be able to move forward and make strategic investments in people and programs. Funds raised through the campaign will be used to attract and retain top faculty, support innovative programs and assist talented students through scholarships, among other initiatives.
